Learning objectives

Can understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g., personal and family information, work, etc.). Can communicate in routine situations requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and common matters. Can describe, using simple language, his or her background and educational background, immediate surroundings, and immediate needs.
